FanCentro partnered with Pornhub in June 2025, and since then, the platform has gone through a turbulent transition. What was once a feature-rich and reliable environment for adult content creators has changed significantly, and not for the better. Much of this review reflects the situation after that partnership, which led to the removal of many core features, ongoing technical issues, and a lack of clear communication with creators. At this moment, FanCentro feels like a platform that has been reset almost entirely and is still struggling to rebuild.

Overall Experience (Updated)
FanCentro is a platform designed for creators who want to sell videos and subscriptions. In the past, it stood out for its versatility, offering features such as chat, webcam, blogs, a webshop, and interactive monetization tools. Today, however, the overall experience has declined noticeably. What once felt dynamic and innovative now feels unfinished and disorganized.
Many familiar features disappeared during the transition to working with Pornhub, with little to no explanation given to creators about what was happening or what to expect. Although it’s clear the team is still rebuilding and developing new features, the platform currently feels like it’ has started from zero’s starting from scratch. The menu structure is confusing, notifications often remain frozen even after being opened, bugs are frequent, and my current experience is limited and frustrating, resulting in a much lower rating than before.
FanCentro Platform Options
Features and Functionality
Several of FanCentro’s most valuable features are no longer available. Webcam functionality, Spin the Wheel, custom video sales, cock ratings, video calls, referrals, and interactive storylines have all disappeared. This has had a direct and significant impact on earning potential. At the moment, the features I still find useful are the webshop, subscription system, and the ability to send mass messages to followers. Unfortunately, even these remaining tools are affected by technical issues and poor navigation. What used to be a strong, all-in-one creator platform is now a stripped-down version of itself.
Customer Service and Support
Customer support has deteriorated dramatically. Previously, FanCentro offered direct chat support with quick and helpful responses. That option is gone. Support is now handled through a form that often redirects you to email, with unclear instructions. Email responses are slow, and in some cases, the replies feel unprofessional or miss the point entirely. There is also no accessible FAQ section, making it harder to find quick answers without contacting support repeatedly.
Income Tracking and Payments
Income tracking is still possible, but the new layout makes it more confusing than before. Earnings are split into two sections: Pornhub and FanCentro. Clicking “earnings” in the menu automatically leads to Pornhub-related income, which can be misleading if you are looking for FanCentro transactions. You can view transaction history and payment status, but you can no longer message buyers directly from your earnings overview, which is a missed opportunity for engagement and upselling.
Payouts and Payment Options
The minimum payout remains $50, but the payout frequency is no longer clearly communicated. At the moment, Direct Bank Transfer via IBAN appears to be the only available payout option, and it’s unclear whether other methods are still supported. This lack of transparency adds to the general uncertainty surrounding the platform.
Business Model Transparency
FanCentro’s business model remains relatively transparent, as the platform stayed online during a major overhaul even as many users left due to instability. Earnings are still fair in structure, but traffic has shifted away to other platforms, resulting in slower income growth. Transparency alone isn’t enough when the platform experience itself isn’t competitive.
Comparison to Other Platforms
Compared to other platforms I currently use, FanCentro falls short. The changes have taken too long to stabilize, and the platform no longer keeps up with competitors in terms of usability, support, or earning potential. I still use FanCentro because it continues to generate some income through subscriptions and video sales, but maintaining the account requires frequent support requests due to bugs and unresolved issues.
Recommendation to Other Content Creators
At this stage, I do not recommend starting a new account on FanCentro. The layout is unattractive and difficult to navigate, the support system is slow and ineffective, and earnings are coming in much more slowly than before due to reduced traffic. Unless major improvements are made and key features are restored, there are currently better, more reliable platforms available to content creators.
FanCentro Review Conclusion
FanCentro was once a strong and versatile platform that played a significant role in my daily income as a content creator. Unfortunately, after the partnership with Pornhub, the platform lost many essential features and much of its usability. While I acknowledge that the team is still rebuilding and developing, the current state of FanCentro does not meet the expectations of professional creators. For now, I recommend approaching this platform with caution and considering alternatives until meaningful improvements are made.
